Meet our staff

Faris Al Askari

My name is Faris, I am Head of Business Social Science and Law at Kingston ISC. I have an MBA and have been teaching Business and Economics in Higher Education for 8 years. Firstly, at the University of Brighton, then the University of Sussex and now with Study Group in Kingston.

As well as a passion for business I love playing and watching sport. I captain my local cricket team and trying to get my golf handicap to 18!

Jacqueline Ani

Jacqueline is an author, inspirational speaker and lecturer. Jacqueline has been lecturing for over 15 years. In the last 5 years she has taught a diverse background of international students where she enjoys transforming lives and empowering others to see that they have what it takes to achieve their goals and succeed at whatever they put their mind to. A graduate in Management and System Science and PGCE qualified, Jacqueline is the Subject Lead for International Foundation Year Contemporary Business Issues at Kingston ISC. She has also taught Marketing and Career Development within Sussex ISC, Surrey ISC and Lincoln ISC. Detailed experience in transformational leadership coaching, mentoring, author of 3 bestselling books, recruitment and HR specialist, lecturer and tutor.

Jacqueline Ani

Telveenus Fernandez Antony

Dr Telveenus Fernandez Antony has been teaching Pure and Applied Mathematics modules at Kingston University London International Study Centre since 2010. He has published some research papers in Algebra and Number Theory in many international journals. The world famous reviewer service, zbMATH Open has given him an opportunity to review 28 research articles from leading journals and one textbook published by American Mathematical Society. Dr Telveenus Fernandez Antony is currently the Subject Leader in Maths and shares his passion and subject knowledge in classes with international foundation-level students.

Craig Davidson

Dr Craig Davidson joined Kingston International Study Centre as Centre Director in August 2021. He is a scientist by training and spent the first 10 years of his career as a university academic involved in teaching, research and consultancy. Much of his work was funded by the UK’s Department of Health. In 2001 he accepted a post at University College London as Founding Head of the University’s Foundation year in Science and Engineering, and since then has spent most of his career working at the interface between secondary and higher education helping international students to gain entry to university in the UK. He is passionate about helping students achieve their full academic potential, and still keeps in contact with students he first met over 20 years ago!

I’m a passionate educator with over 20 years’ experience in international education. I have joined the Senior Management team at Kingston in 2021, leading our outstanding team of Heads of Subject to ensure a high-quality education, best student experience and progression outcome.

My career in the English as a Foreign Language field started in my hometown, Buenos Aires, Argentina, and has continued in the UK since 2002. I joined Study Group, Surrey International Study Centre (ISC) in 2008 as an Academic English Skills, and in 2018 I became Kingston ISC Head of English. I love working within a very international environment, supporting students achieve their full potential. Kingston ISC is the starting point of our students’ career journey, and it’s great to know we are part of that!

Marcin Kosinski

Dr Marcin Kosinski obtained his PhD degree in materials chemistry and renewable energy sources at the University of St Andrews, Scotland. Before coming to St Andrews, he graduated from Gdansk University of Technology in Poland with MSc engineer degree in Chemical Technology. Marcin’s teaching experience includes the position of Teaching Fellow in chemistry at University College London’s CLIE, as a part of the Centre for Preparatory Studies at Nazarbayev University in Astana, Kazakhstan. Dr Kosinski shares his knowledge via interactive lectures, tutorials, seminars and laboratory practical classes to international students for whom English is a second language. Currently, Marcin works at KULISC as Head of STEM department and designated Module Leader for core chemistry module. He coordinates delivery of six subject modules in International Foundation Year programme.
